Tony Martens is the co-founder and CEO of Plantible, a startup that is pragmatically disrupting our agri-food system by combining aquafarming techniques with innovative technologies in order to produce more sustainable, functional and nutritional food & feed ingredients. Prior to Plantible, Tony was part of the management team that drafted and executed a 5-year strategy that transformed a regional and traditional agricultural commodity trading & processing firm into becoming Europe’s largest commodity trading company, growing revenue from $1bn/yr to $7bn/yr in a period of 4 years.
