Professional Experience
Saurabh Bhatnagar is the Chief Business Officer at NIO (NYSE – NIO, a pioneer and a leading company in the global smart electric vehicle market), responsible for Strategy, Planning and GTM in North America.
Saurabh joined NIO in 2016, when it was a series A startup. Since then, he has delivered key advanced technology partnerships and business strategies that helped NIO launch its first product, go public and scale globally.
Prior to joining NIO, Saurabh spent 10+ years in the Cyber Security market, in leadership positions spanning Product Management, Strategic Partnerships and Corporate Development at Websense / Forcepoint, BeyondTrust and Fortinet.
With his small-private and mid/large-public company operational experience, Saurabh specializes in situationally optimizing for growth – through agility and speed as well as structure and process.
Outside work, Saurabh enjoys being a sunshine motorcyclist, a tandoori chef and a recreational guitarist.
Saurabh holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from NIT Warangal and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
