Dr. Moomiaie-Qajar is a former Yale Surgeon, life science investor, and life science entreprenour. He has successfully launched two companies, brought a product to the market, and have raised >$100m for my ventures. He is currently the CEO and Founder of, Cytonus Therapeutics from San Diego California developing a best-in-class new drug-delivery platform called the Cargocyte. Cargocytes are “biologic drones” heralded as a breakthrough in precision medicine as they enable localization of therapeutics within disease tissue and eliminate the off-target (side effects) toxicity all drugs have thus shifting the likelihood of clinical success within the biopharmaceutical drug development industry. The Cargocyte is a precision medicine enabling technology at the convergence of cellular engineering, genomics, and AI drug-design that will shepherd in a new frontier of science and develop next generation medicines. The company has been awarded 8 US governmental grants within the last 2 years, a remarkable achievement that demonstrates the excitement and hope for the Cargocyte.
