Joe Larscheid is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the enterprise software industry. Based in San Diego, California, he is the Founder and CEO of OnePlan, a market-leading provider of Strategic Portfolio and Work Management solutions.
Joe’s entrepreneurial journey began in 1999 with the co-founding of LMR Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in Microsoft Project Portfolio Management solutions. Building on this success, he founded EPM Live, an Enterprise Work Management software company acquired by Upland Software in 2012. At Upland, Joe served as Executive Vice President of Product Strategy, where he was instrumental in shaping the company’s product vision and driving its IPO in November 2014.
In 2015, Joe launched Tivitie, a Microsoft-focused consulting firm. Tivitie’s acquisition by Wicresoft in 2017 marked another milestone in Joe’s career, where he served as Executive Vice President, helping to expand Wicresoft’s global digital transformation services.
In 2020, Joe founded OnePlan, solidifying his reputation as a pioneer in enterprise technology. With a proven track record of leveraging cloud technologies to drive business success, Joe is recognized for his ability to create innovative, user-focused solutions.
