Caitlin Wege is a seasoned executive and investor with extensive experience driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and organizational transformation. Currently, she is CEO of Knip, a pioneering biotechnology company revolutionizing aquaculture with JUV™, a precision feed ingredient that enhances survival rates and profitability for fish and shrimp farms.
Before Knip, Caitlin was Managing Partner at Moodoos, her family’s investment office, advising and investing in early-stage companies. Her experience spans many industries including tech, medical devices, and biotech. She has also held executive roles in manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. As President of NuFund Venture Group, she spearheaded a rebrand, and expanded membership, creating an effective platform for connections between investors and entrepreneurs. Caitlin is also dedicated to creating meaningful impact through her work on boards and mentoring leaders to drive positive change.
