Brandon Hoffman

Brandon Hoffman is general partner of Sunset Ventures, an early-stage venture fund based in LA & SF focused on emerging technologies reshaping the way people live, work, and play. He is also the founder of Emerging LA, an IRL community of founders, investors, and operators in the greater LA & SoCal tech ecosystem. Previously, he was a Principal VC investor at Samsung Next, Head of Research for Samsung’s Chief Innovation Officer, and an Internet Research Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Brandon received his MBA from Wharton, MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, BA from CSU Fullerton and transferred from Cypress Community College.
