Ashley Keating
Professional Experience
Ashley Keating is currently CEO of La Gantry. PReviously she was a Partner at CincyTech, an Ohio-based seed stage venture capital firm dedicated to investing in innovative healthcare and technology companies that tackle complex global challenges. Previously serving as CFO until 2022, Ashley led the build out of the firm’s infrastructure to accommodate its growing assets under management.
With over a decade of experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) prior to joining CincyTech, Ashley’s career spanned Cincinnati, New York, and London, where she specialized in M&A transaction services.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Abre (since 2021) and TeamCentral (since 2024). She was formerly on the Board of Directors for Medpace (NASDAQ: MEDP), a clinical research organization, for five years from 2019-24. Passionate about building effective management teams and boards, Ashley focuses on helping companies set and achieve strategic milestones to attract capital and drive impactful commercialization, leading to successful exits.
